GET HENCH: LEGS/GLUTES
3 BODYWEIGHT WORKOUTS for lower body

Give this a try:
30 bodyweight squats 
30 mt climbers 
30 walking lunges 
20 bodyweight squats
20 mt climbers
20 walking lunges
Repeat with 10, then do 20 again, then 30.
Minimal rest

AND THIS:
15 single leg bench hamstring curls per leg 
15 single leg step ups per leg (highest bench or wall you can manage) 
15 single leg forward lunges per leg
Rest 30 secs to 1 min between sets and do 4-5 sets.

AND SMASH THIS OUT:
Backward walking lunges 
Box jumps 
Sumo squat hold 
Do each exercise for 45 secs, then 30, then 15, 30, 45 (5 sets total)

Boom!
